Selection of pressure gauge

I. range selection

When measuring the stable pressure, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge is close to or greater than 1.5 times of the normal pressure measurement value;

When measuring the pulsating pressure, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge is close to or greater than 2 times of the normal pressure measurement value.

When measuring the outlet pressure of the pump, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge is close to the maximum pressure value of the pump outlet;

When measuring the high pressure, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge should be greater than 1.7 times of the maximum pressure measurement value.

In order to ensure the accuracy of pressure measurement, the minimum pressure measurement value shall be higher than 1 / 3 of the measuring range of pressure gauge.

II. Type selection

When the pressure is more than 0.4MPa, the spring tube pressure gauge can be selected;

When the pressure is less than 0.04MPa, bellows and bellows pressure gauge can be selected.

When measuring viscosity, easy crystallization, corrosiveness and solid particles, diaphragm pressure gauge or chemical sealing device can be used.

Stainless steel pressure gauge or condensation ring shall be selected for measuring steam or medium pressure higher than 60 ℃.

When measuring the pulsating pressure, a damper should be added to measure the dust containing gas, and a dust remover should be set up.

When measuring the gas pressure containing liquid, a gas-liquid separator shall be set;

Special pressure gauge shall be used for measuring some chemical media: ammonia pressure gauge shall be used for measuring the pressure of ammonia containing media, oxygen pressure gauge shall be used for measuring the pressure of oxygen containing media, acetylene pressure gauge shall be used for measuring the pressure of acetylene, and sulfur resistant pressure gauge shall be used for measuring the pressure of sulfur containing media;

High pressure gauge (more than 10MPa) shall be equipped with pressure relief safety facilities.
