An electromagnetic valve is a magnetic coil that is inserted and causes magnetic attraction to break free from the working pressure of the torsion spring, pushing the valve core to a position. It is a magnetic coil with simple structure and low price, and only needs to complete the power switch;
Electric valves are divided into (shut-off valves) and regulating valves based on the position of the valve core pushed by the motor to push the valve seat. The shut-off valve is a two position operation that is fully open and fully closed. The regulating valve is equipped with an electric valve locator on top, which is adjusted according to closed-loop control to ensure that the dynamic performance of the gate valve is stable in one position.
Comparison of the main uses of electric valves and solenoid valves:
Electromagnetic valve: used for power switch control of liquid and vapor pipelines, which is a two position DO control. Generally used for control of small and medium-sized pipelines.
Electric valve: used for PLC adjustment of the total material flow rate in the software pipeline of the liquid and vapor solar air system, and is controlled by AI. In the control of large and medium-sized gate valve daily wind system software, electric valves can also be used as a two position power switch control.
Electromagnetic valve: It is only used as a switching value and is controlled by DO. Temperature controlled electromagnetic valve is only used for small pipeline control, and is commonly seen in DN50 and below pipelines.
Electric valve: AI feedback data signal can be provided, and drainage solenoid valve can be controlled by DO or AO, which is more common in large pipelines and electric air valves.
1. In the case of insufficient pipeline stiffness, it is proposed to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a support frame to prevent vibration during the operation of the solenoid valve.
2. During the operation of the steam solenoid valve, the material should be clean and free of particle residue. The dirt and filtering device on the surface of the solenoid valve's internal parts should be cleaned and tidy on time.
3. In case of problems, in order to immediately protect the solenoid valve and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is necessary to install a bypass device
4. In pipeline system software, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch should be lower than the diameter of the main pipeline gate valve.
5. When installing, the solenoid coil of the solenoid valve should be upward and maintained in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow into the pipeline and should not be installed in areas with water splashing or seepage.
